Back to Running
I got out for the 'Back to Running run in the first week of January. This was my first 10km run since injuring my foot in November. I know I've moaned about this injury in my last couple of blogs, so I promise I'll stop now! I think I'm fully recovered and I was pleased to complete the 10km in one go.
If you haven't seen the 'Back to Running' medal, it's a replica of the Delorean from the Back to the Future movies, which I've always been a fan of. This is a great medal to add to my collection.
I'd love to be able to say that I got up to 88mph during this run but alas, it was a slow plod for me. There was not any travelling through time, I didn't beat any PBs and I definitely didn't use 1.21 gigawatts of power. Nevertheless it was "Back to Running" for me and normal service is now resumed.
I need to up my game for the 1000 mile challenge that lasts for the duration of 2018
